OVER ALL RULES

All fiction must be original and submitted by the author(s) him/herself (themselves)

No Slash will be accepted

You may write about any wrestler that you wish

If it's a collaboration of writers, the writer's names must be prominently displayed under the Title of the fiction

All winning stories will be posted on the Crypt in the Annual Fan Fiction Writing Contest Winners Section

When submitting your entry kindly inform me as to which award you would like to be considered for (see awards categories below)

If an award is won, I would appreciate your putting up a link to "The Wrestling Crypt" and I will link your site to mine (if you have one) so please submit your site link with your story



Submission Rules


There will be several different categories for award considerations. Please read the rules carefully

Stories must be anywhere from 3 to 30 chapters. Any stories longer than that amount of chapters will be automatically disqualified.


Song Fictions cannot be longer than 2 chapters. A song fiction is a story that contains a song somewhere within the story.

If you are not sure what chategory your story falls into, contact me and I will tell you what category to apply for

All submissions MUST be received by October 30, 2003. (No extensions will be given) All Awards will be presented on November 30, 2003.

The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Taker Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place for best Taker story will be Awarded to fan fiction written of Taker alone
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Kane Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best story containing Kane only
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Taker and Kane Fan Fiction Award



First, Second and Third place will be Awarded to fan fiction involving both Taker and Kane
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Tag Team Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place for a multiple characters (other than Taker and Kane) will be Awarded to fan fiction which contain several different wrestlers (unspecified number of wrestlers and one or more writers)
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Single Wrestler Fan Fiction Award


Awarded to fan fiction containing ONLY one wrestler (not Taker or Kane)
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Taker Song Fan Fiction Award

First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best Taker Song Fiction story
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Kane Song Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best Kane song fiction story
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Single Wrestler Song Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best song fiction story (containing any wrestler)
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Multi Wrestler Song Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best song fiction story (containing more than one wrestler)
The Wrestling Crypt's Annual Taker and Kane Song Fan Fiction Award


First, Second and Third place will be Awarded for the best Taker and Kane song fiction story
There will be a special presentation for the all around winner of the best fan fiction that we have read throughout the year. There will be no submissions accepted for this award, We will determine that ourselves.
